While on another shoot, a commercial shoot for a developer, I met the mother of this family, and actually ended up using her and her daughter in a shot. That is when she asked me if I would be available to do a family beach session for them. We got together several weeks later and these images are from that session. It was on the verge of raining most of the session and it was at dusk so lighting was an issue, but thankfully to the 5D MKII camera it was easily overcome.
